The type of services offered are:
- Supported Living for people with nursing needs
- High Dependency Care
- End of Life Care
- Crisis Care
- Respite Care

As the care owner you will also have to be overseeing and managing the additional services and resources that residents and their families expect and many of these are in place at the current sites:
- Catering Facilities – 3 quality meals a day, snacks and refreshments
- Entertainment – Lounge Areas with TV’s, Games, Singers, Pet-Petting Service, Coffee Mornings, Visits from young people (local schools)
- External suppliers coming into the home – hairdressers, dentists, chiropodists, GP Visits, Library services
- Day Trips – so a mini-bus/coach resource in-house or hired as needed
As part of the initial training you will be trained in the different types of support in place and therefore staffing types needed as well as additional services that are in the current sites.
There is then an opportunity for you to tailor the home according to your management style and plans.
