The care home owners have invested, developed and set-up the physical sites, so there are established operations with service users, staff and systems all in place and tested over a number of years.
There is now an opportunity for those interested in running a care home to buy into these established sites but without the additional funds needed to invest in the purchase of the building itself.
You can buy into an operators agreement for the goodwill of the business, but have retained within the agreement a knowledgeable and supportive landlord who can provide facilities & systems management together with care consultancy support. This allows the smooth transfer of the operation and offers on-going guidance for you as the care home operator.
As a care home operator you would be fully trained and supported to run and operate a care home.
This is currently a limited opportunity at this time as there are only 5 sites available in the South East of England in Kent & Surrey.

The care home sector is heavily regulated and is overseen by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and with this opportunity it offers potential care home operators the ability to transfer and operate under its original registration.

All care homes are CQC Registered and the transfer of the registration would form part of the set-up service.
